my tree has wood bugs, ants, earwigs. There is bark scars and it looks like the wood bugs might be burrowing in some of the scars. Anybody have any ideas?

not sure what you may mean by "wood bugs" If you mean a wood borer(which can create sap oozing wounds) you probably need to have the tree treated by an arboist with a systemic chemical, as long as the tree isn't used for syrup usage. As far as the ants and earwigs they are of no real concern. If the ants are very large they are probably carpenter Ants, which all large trees have...that's where they belong. They are a secondary issue, they do not cause problems to the trees but actually are a benefit by cleaning out diseased wood and hunting insects on the tree. If they are a small ant they are probably just attracted to the oozing sap. The earwigs will be once again attracted to rotting areas of the trees or where organic matter builds up.
