Recently I am so confuse that I do lots of works but I get few pay, most my friends of mine do not do more work than me but they get more money than mine.Several times I want talk with my boss about this but I did not have the courage to do this.How about you, are you dare to do this?What should you do if you are in my situation?

If I were you, man, I would do two things: first of all, I'd look for a new job, which would pay me more (do not leave your current job until you find another!). Secondly, I'd talk to my boss and tell him that I'd like to have a raise in my payment.
There is no problem on doing that, I think. He won't fire you just because you don't earn enough.
