the last couple of days that i have been playing runescape, i have been really pushing myself to get some levels.
firstly, i managed to get my str to 95, and actually with all the other things i have been doing, it's not that far off 96 now too.
last night i got my hit points to 93, this i am particularly happy with as it can take a major amount of time to get exp on that as it lvls so much slower that normal combat skills.
getting my hit points meant i am now combat lvl 116, and it seems to me that i haven't been lvl 115 for all that long to be honest, not when you consider i was lvl 114 for about 4 months...
and this morning, i got the lvl i have been after for so long (and i know a fair few people that have been waiting for me to get this lvl too) 85 SLAYER! woot, i am so pleased lol.
i have been and killed about 8 abyssal demons, but i am so busy at the moment that i really don't have much time for runescape, but next week, i shouldn't be half as busy, and i hope i will get more time to try and get a whip (or 2) as a drop :).
i will still be going for 90 slayer as this is my personal goal, but just like when i got other levels in slayer, i will spend a small amount of time killing my newly available monster :D

Nice, I'm still a lowly 71 slayer but it'll start climbing again. Lately I've been focused on my lowest stat ( construction at 69 ). Once it hits 70 I'll have to make sure everything else bumps up again. I only break off from my usual focus on my lowest skills whenever a new quest , or in the last case , diary comes out. the diary should be complete this afternoon. I'm in brimhaven dragon dungeon right now killing fire giants ( my last slayer assignment ) so I can get a new one in shilo. My new palm tree ( arrrg ) should be ready by the time i come up. Then its done.

71 slayer is still a very respectable lvl, my goal is 90, and my lowest skill is still 62, so you do better than me at keeping your skills in line with each other :)

Always trying to haul the bottom levels up. Just hit 69 construction.
I'm abusing the new karmanja gloves. I'm running out to craft natures, then heading into twi bio and cutting teak and mahogany logs. I then use the gloves to pop back to shilo and do it again. Earlier I was doing the nature, gemstone mine run and I've been selling the gems to gabooty to get trading sticks to reach the trees. Very effective. The gloves will actually teleport you to shilo from anywhere on the world.

keep playing and working on the skills you like, and you will get the lvls you want, obviously it can take a long time with certain skills, but you will get there in the end if you are determined.

Tip to get your combat and skill up. Keep doing PC and you be in the level very soon. The XP in pest control is great and the points can be exachnge for more xp. Its the best RS safe mini game to gain tons of XP without getting killed.

yes pest control is good, but i get bored of it quite easily...
plus i only tend to use it for prayer anyway.
i find slayer tasks a much more fun way to get my combat lvls up.

hey hey hey...nice..i gained a few lvls too..im 125atm..hehe...well..congradulations...im proud of my lvls too..but im still not happy with them.....for some odd reason..people would go crazy if they had stats like mine....as people in my area sometimes do....nice slayer i say....i only got 81..hehe..a bit off from yours......ill get it up though...well..anyways..im off to get my 99str..

i totally understand you not thinking your lvls are all that great, it just means that you have an ideal of what your stats should be and you just haven't got there yet. but hey, if you keep working at it, you will get them how you want them.
