Are Women safe?

Are women safe enough in today's world? Do you think it's fair that a man can hang out anytime of the day or night with his friends without fear versus a woman/girl doing the same. Why the hypocrisy?

It's not hypocracy. Men hang in packs of wolves-with similar behavior of wolves and other pack animals. Females do the pack thing too, but no matter what one thinks, or what one tries to CHANGE-as in changing male behavior-nothing will change because men are the dominant and the kings and women are not to act like men..
