student and teachers relations

I think that lately it is dangerous to be a teacher, and with the disrespect of authority in today's children, it is sad, but teachers have to keep their guard up, therefore, it is hard to develop the kind of relationships you are speaking of. That is what I think.

Yes in this fastly growing society the relationship between the teacher and the students is narrowing. The reasons are so many Mainly 1.Parents 2.School Management 3.Environment 4.Media Now a days the parents are giving more importance to their children words than to their teachers its because the over affectionate on their children. Secondly, the parents are responsible for their childrens home work and they also have to take the active part in their child education. But now both are parents are job holders or something else they simply want to pay the money and get the things to be done good at the best. School management places a vital role, the selection of teachers and their qualification is most important now a days there are somany schools who hire teachers with underqualified and non standards as such the teacher in order to coverup their mistakes in teaching the tries to be close to the students hence they creats nuisense and non sense they ultimately spoils the realtionship and its leads to some other aspects. At the same time some parents are always pull their child to study only but they wont show up any love and affection towards the child. In the role of teacher he has to be effectionate to the child as such the child will develop some time of attraction later on child thinks that teacher is life for them like this the relation may leads to nonsence etc., Environment and Media both shows that the realtionship between teacher and students in bad manner Students teases the teacher and in turn they punishs and etc,

I think teacher is more responsible then students as he has given the responsibilty to teach the students which will represent society even our nation in future.
