html code to css code is it easy to convert?

i am not sure that you can convert html styles to directly to seperate css with the help of software. manually it is ok for small number of pages , but if you are doing for large number of files practically it will be difficult. if you are haivng some converter then it will create large css file that will be dificult to look into it. so better way is just make css and apply to them on html pages.
