Most people have pet peeves about coworkers. And, why not? Even relatively sane and likeable people do things that can drive their coworkers to distraction. What behavior drives you the craziest from the difficult people in your workplace?

I just hate and try to avoid people who keep their noses on other peoples business and always try to see your mistakes and not even praise you when you have done something good. Sometimes when a person always do well at work, other people tend to be jealous about it and that would lead them to hating that person and try to put him down...I just simply hate that and it jsut gets in my nerves.

i can totally relate to this... i usually hate coworkers who dresses inappropriately, i mean, like as if their are going to a party, overdressed! i also don't like co-workers who are making close relations to superiors to their advantage, its so unfair... im also upset to decisions that some coworkers are picked for that certain project instead of me and i know my capabilities and i hate to say that im really better than that person but i really am...

One thing that will drive me nuts is to see my co-worker getting a better deal not because he worked hard for it but because he is just being close with the boss. You work hard everyday and yet you get no incentives and here comes some guy who does nothing and yet is treated as someone as indispensable.Arghh!
Another thing would be supervisors who take credit for the works of their subordinates but pass the blame on the subordinates when things go wrong. The nerve!

Well I'm a stay at home mom now, so I don't really have to deal with jerks at work anymore, but I deal with them all the time in an online game I play. It's almost like work sometimes! It's an MMORPG. We get together with 9 other players and we try to progress through certain areas together, so this is like a close knit group someone might share an office with. I've noticed alot of jerks in my group. They are chauvenistic, rude and sometimes get drunk. We use a program called ventrilo that allows us to talk to each other while we play, and sometimes they are verbally abusive over vent, or get loud and obnoxious, playing loud music and shouting. One good thing about this is that I can just mute someone if they are bothersome. Too bad you don't have a mute button you can use in real life!

I have pet peeves about fashion and things like that, and when I get yelled at for slow production and I see people on sites like this and playing games instead of working. What I hate the most is when people make fun or talk badly about others like they were back in high school or something, they need to grow up.

I feel bad when my work is criticized even if my employer had approved it as it is good. I don't like co-workers who don't maximize their efforts for the good of the business rather their time is spent on petty talks against their co-workers who do their job well. In this kind of workers, I don't mind them.
