I definitely think and know I am overweight. i have gained a little bit of weight over the last 3-4 years because i am working at home online and I am sitting alot during the day. I try to make time to exercise but it just isn't possible when I work on here and have alot to do around the home also. i would love to make time to lose weght but it just seems impossible right now.

Yes, I considered myself overweight and not only that, I am obese, I am 70 pounds overweight. I wish there would be a diet I can follow easily without starving and still lose weight.

If you're serious about losing weight, I can help you. I'm a Weight Loss & Nutrition Coach, I've helped many people just like you lose weight, and improve your health & energy. It's not a starvation or yo-yo diet- those don't work and their an unhealthy way to lose weight. Our programs have cellular nutrition at their core. You will feel full and satisfied all day while losing weight and getting healthier. The best part is the affordability. Most of my clients are SAVING a lot of money from what they currently spend now. I've found that most people BEFORE they start our program spend @ $2-$3 per day on breakfast/ $5-$10 on lunch/ and $3-$5 per day on snacks which is $10-$18 per day. This adds up to $300-$540 per month. I can get you on a highly effective program that will keep you satisfied including snacks for WAY LESS than that, and this program will REPLACE those things. Most of my customers save between $200-$300 per month from what they spend now because our programs completely replace those things that you're spending money on right now. Visit my website to get started or to order a free weight loss sample pack. I'll be your weight loss coach and will coach you by a regular phone appointment schedule until you lose every one of those 70 pounds that you need to lose. http://www.weightawayoutlet.com

Thank you for your offer but I've tried Herbalife and it's not for me. I took the samples and it made me sick and couldn't sleep for days. I am diabetic, have high blood pressure and I am taking depression and anxiety pills and I want something natural.

I do overweight when I was still in school. Now I control what to eat and lots of exercise. Not for a good body though, just for a healthy body.

I'm quite lucky in that I have a very high metabolism. I'm in my late 30's now and weigh about the same as I did when I was in highschool. Granted, my diet has gotten worse and I don't nearly excersize as much as I did back then so I'm suprised that I haven't gained weight.

Nope. I have a very high metabolisem, so it is hard for me to put on weight at all. Up unti la coupleof years ago, I was underweight and spent several years sitting at 115 pounds. Mind you, I'm 5'9", so this was not a good look for me. There wasn't anything I could do about it though. I simply could NOT gain weight. My doctor eventually diagnosed me as anorexic due to the realitive ease in which I could loose weight and the difficulty I had gaining weight. You should have seen the look on my moms face when he sprung that one of my parents. "Your daughter is anorexic. Nonono, I know what you're thinking. She does NOT, I repeat, DOES NOT have an eating disorder."

I think I am overweight and lot of it has to do with my lifestyle. I am a receptionist who sits all day. But the main reason I am overweight is because I eat too much and I am lazy. It is my own fault!
