Lately smoking has just become disgusting to me. I still do it though which I don't like but I am trying to change that. It just literally makes me sick to my stomach anymore. Plus I know it's not good for Stephanie to be around. I can't quit cold turkey so I am going to gradually cut down. I had 2 already today but I left my pack in the car so I can't smoke them and tonight when Mike goes to work I am gonna have him take them with him. Please say a prayer for me that God can give me the strenght to beat this nasty habit. I want to start running and I can't run very far if I smoke. Thanks!
