High Yield Investment Programs (hyip)

I am wondering whether these hyips are scam or real. You know, we are all looking for ways to make some money and these hyips tell you to invest with them for a good percentage return on investment. But some of the ones I invested with have not paid and they have not given any explanation for failing to pay. I want to know from fellow mylot users whether anybody has had any dealings with some of these hyips. What are your experiences? If anybody has had a good dealing with any of them I would like to know which of them so that I can invest properly. Besides, is there no way to make those of them who fail to pay to face some kind of justice. What measures can I take to ensure that those who do not pay up do not continue to defraud other people; or better still,can't they be made to payup? I invested with about six of those high yield investment programs (hyip). I am just feeling bad because it looks as if I have been defrauded. Please, let somebody out there say something or do something.
