Some people have many hair problem...one of it is dandruff! I have dandruff and I dont know wher I got them or what cause it to form in my head. Usually I have them when its winter and also dry weather. Some people say its because of my shampoo or I might not washed my hair thoroughly. I have used hot oils and lemons to take it off, but it just doesnt work much. Do you or anybody you know have the same problem as mine? Do you know what might caused it? What did you guys do to lessen it or vanish it?

I believe that dandruff is a problem of the scalp, rather than the hair. This would fit with what you have said about it being worse in dry conditions. Perhaps, more fresh fruit in your diet MAY help, as fruit is good for the skin (due to the vitamins) and if juicy, then high in water content.
Hope this helps.

I have this problem as well. I think it is just a part of my dry skin problems. I use dandruff shampoo every other day to wash my hair, and when I do, I scrub for about 10 seconds with my fingertips (not nails). If it is still bad, then I switch to a special shampoo called T-Gel made by Neutrogena. It is pricey, and smells terrible, but it will clear up a really bad case in a few days for me. I have heard that diets rich in healthy oils and fats will help, and I do notice that when I eat lots of salmon and avacados, my hair is shinier and I have less flakes.
I hope this helps! I know what an inconvenience it is.

I do care about my hair. I always want it to look nice, smell good, and be clean. When it starts getting too long I will go right away and have it cut cause if not it will start flipping up on the bottom and I can't stand that. So yes, I care about my hair and the hairstyle I have.I am very particular about my hair I change my hair often because I like alot of attention. I change my hair color almost every month, and I wear wigs, hair pieces, and ponytails. My natural hair length is a little past my bra line But sometimes I wear short wigs or very long haired wigs or lnog pony tails.
