I think health wise we should go to bed at least at 8.00 pm .we have designed by somebody or our body to wake up at day at the time of sun and sleep when the sun sets .but due to the lifesyle and work style people sleep at around 11.00 11.30 pm.it is not good at all .our body needs some rest to recuop the energy and at night is time our internal organs go to rest after digesting the food.so eating lately is also not good and if they are working tirelessly through out the night it is they get damaged soon. sleepin in time means the body wil get more time to repair its damages.

There is nothing like sleep late.A human needs just a 6 to 8 hours of sleep. It dosen't matter when your going to bed it only matters when you went and when you got up.

For me, a sound sleep for maximum 7 hours daily is needed to keep myself energetic and fresh for the next day.I never go to bed late and if it happens very rarely , i always feel sleepy the other day without my complete sleep. I have heard that one who does not sleep well get a black mark aurrounded their eyes.so better to go bed early and wake up early to keep our body machines work properly.

usually i do most of my online earning programs during the night and i can stay awake til 2 am. i feel nothing wrong sleeping late as long as i follow the recommended number of hours of sleeping for adults which is 8 hours a day. what matters most is the amount and quality of sleep i should have regardless what time i sleep.

It is actually not to sleep late. It is bad for your health and also your concentration will become affected, mood swings , frequent attack of migraines/headaches and also your eyes will feel soar. Other than that, it might trigger diabetes.

What sort of sleep is good for our health isn't exactly known yet, although there are some guesses. Sleeping late though should be kept in mind isn't the same as sleeping long. If you sleep from 10 till 6 or from 4 till 12 you technically sleep 8 hours in both occasions so there's no difference asides from society calling you lazy for waking up at 12.

We all need a certain amount of sleep each day, but due to what people do they might sleep different hours to others. I am one of those people who do get up early most days, although sometimes my body protests and I sleep for longer. But some years ago I had a different job when it means driving through the night. I had to make the deliveries in the morning, so once that was done it was time for me to sleep. Not everyone needs 8 hours sleep a night. Some famous people have slept a lot less. They have been able to work and contribute to society and still only sleep for 4-5 hours per day. To maintain good health we all need to sleep, and if we are used to 8 hours per night but suddenly start sleeping a lot less, then our health will suffer. If you listen to what your body is saying you cannot go wrong. I usually sleep for about 5-6 hours a night, but sometimes I just cannot wake in the morning. That is my body telling me I need more sleep, so I listen to it and stay in bed.

Nowadays that our society is fast moving up with all the cities aren't sleeping as well then people been living with that same trend. Most jobs has three shifts on their work AM PM & night so people woring on PM shift will have no choice but to still up too late at night and those working at night shifts can sleep in the morning as soon as they get home. I do not see anything bad on that. It is just a matter of adjustments for the first timer doing that PM and Night routines.

I have a tendency for migraine headaches and I know that sleeping on a schedule is best to avoid another headache. So no matter what happens, I always wake up by 7:30 a.m. - no later. I like to get up early because I can get more things accomplished in the day. I have always been one to rise early. I know that there are studies that have been done about sleep patterns and people who stay up all night - and try to sleep during the day do not get the good REM sleep they need.

Maybe if you sleep late and your body and mind is still awake, it does not harm your health as long as once you take a sleep you'll have at least 6 to 8 hours. In my case, it's been a habit to stay awake til late at night, although i am sleepy i still continue what i am doing, then got only 5 hours sleep and has to wake up early on the next morning. After three consecutive days of sleeping late, i feel so weak and feel anemic so i have to take vitamins for the blood and sleep early.

It has been done a sience of that. Somenone said that children specially should start school later in the day. Just becouse they have to sleep more than adults. I do not know the results of that sience. the community are working faster, and faster. The people do not following becouse we are not created for the faster spinning in the community. They say time is money, so we have to work faster, eat faster, run faster...we do not simply work in that spin if we do not sleep. So, sleep and eat is the main thing to be able to work in the fast spin in life.

It depends on the situation or the present status of a person. Some late people go to bed late because of the kind of job they do; the job may be demanding mostly in the evening to close late. Another reason is the way a person discipline his or her self; if you go to bed early always then you have disciplined yourself to that habbit and the opposite goes when you discipline yourself to go to bed late.

Definitely not good on our health. Having enough sleep really helps a lot in our body. Me, i always sleep late and i think i have already develop sleep disorder because i do have an insomia and it really not good to me as i became anemic. I sleep more on days which is not right and the evening im wide awake. As of now im trying to correct it to regain my glow in my skin and to have the energy and to be able to make dissapear the dark circle aroud my eyes due to lack of sleep.

I don't like sleeping late and don't intend to do that but I keep sleeping lesser and lesser these days. Sometimes just too tired or stressed, sometimes I am doing something and don't want to leave until it's finished.

Hmmm...I think so many reasons to answer it it might be : finishing their work that must be collected tomorrow, watching live soccer (espececially my favourite team....Liverpool...),doing a hoome work from school or college, or hard to sleep. One of them maybe the reason.if you do it only for some time I think it's wouldn't affect to our body but if you do it regularly and often I think it can affect to you r healthy, become tire and low stamina.it can conclusenot good for long time.

Unquestionedly, sleep late does great harm to our health.People sleep late maybe for the sake of their tasks. They should finish their assignments on time,so they had to work hard to acomplish them even sleep late.

Sleep is very important. Thats it. I dont think there is nothing defined as LATE etc., Because night at my country is a Day at United States.. ;) Go to sleep, sleep undisturbed, have good dreams, sleep for atleast 8 hours per day. That is all needed for you to be healthy. Because, the sleeping time nowadays depends on the type of job you are in. If you are in a night shift job, you just cant prevent to go to sleep at the early mornings..!
