Do you know is now realizing the Dragonlance movie?

Yes, I have heard that it will be animated. I also heard that if it does well, and the fans take to the idea of Dragonlance movies, the next may be live action.

When I first read that it was animated I was a little disappointed, but then I thought about it... and animation allows for more stuff to be done without so much budget, and there are quite a few really good animated films out there. I'm looking forward to it.

Yep, posted on this one about a month ago, I am as excited as all get out. The first movie will encompass the first book only so we can look forward to some sequels.
