How many times do you brush your teeth?

Toothbrush and paste - I like brushing my teeth every morning. This is something i ensure is a must!

For me i brush my teeth once every morning. I find it better to brush in the morning. What about you?

I brush my teeth when I wake up. Then later after working out and breakfast I floss and brush before heading to work. Then after dinner I brush, and once again before beadtime.

I try to brush after every meal. When I was in school I used to carry a toothbrush and toothpaste in my back pack so I could brush after lunch. If I'm going to be out for a considerable amount of time and I plan on eating I still pack a toothbrush.
