womens still like flowers??

When flowers are given "just because", it's sweet. When flowers are given for Mother's Day, an anniversary or birthday, it's cheesy and a cop-out because you couldn't take the time to figure out what she really wanted.

Women like flowers - flowers coming from guys that they like. If you happen to be someone they don't like, then most often they wouldn't like the flowers too.

Most of us still like flowers. And the rose is still the classic:-)

As a woman, I say yes to flowers. But, there are TWO problems with giving flowers. One problem is that some guys don't take the time to find out if a woman is allergic to certain types of flowers or what a woman's favorite flower is. A little bit of planning can make both the giver and the receiver happy. The other problem is that some guys ONLY give flowers to apologize. If the guy did something wrong and he is sorry, that is fine. But, if that is the only time the woman gets flowers, she starts to associate them with his bad behavior and unpleasant memories. So, if he does give them to her for some other reason, she immediately starts to wonder WHAT he is apologizing for. So, put a little effort into finding out what flowers she likes and then give them to her often. It doesn't need to be a big florist bouquet every time. A single rose, a small potted mum, a big, old sunflower, or a little violet can be great "just because" gifts.

I absolutely love receiving flowers. I particularly like them given for no apparent reason. No occasion other than to be given flowers. It's such a lovely feeling.

Flowers are still the way to a woman's heart.
