Credit cards do not give you money - you have to pay for everything you purchase with the credit card, with interest. Getting a credit card because you do not have the money to do something that you want to do may cause you more trouble than anything else.
You should ask yourself a few questions:
1. Do I really need this at this moment?
2. Can the purchase be put off until I can save the money?
3. What will adding one more payment do to my budget?
4. Can I use a credit card responsibly?

Well you won't necessarily have any money with a credit card since you'll use the card to buy things or borrow money from the bank - then you'll have to pay it back- right? LOL Believe me, you'll have more money without a credit card.
If you really want one though you need to actually apply for one.

Your best option is to apply to your bank for one but remember that it doesn't give you money because whatever you spend you have to pay back. And if you don't pay it back within the time specified the bank will change you interest.

Be sure you Credit is good and check out interst rates if it's to high do not get it. be careful with some of these credit card people.

Credit cards do not give you money, perhaps the possibility to postpone actually paying for goods but it won't earn you extra money. If you do not need it, it's better to not have one. Most of the time the temptation to loan money is very big, and people get into deep trouble spending more then they actually can afford.

You want a credit card to have money? Poor you! It's the perfect way to get in debt. Credit card are not the way to have money. It bring more problem and headache than anything.
