Hi, Aside from adding your blog to the blog directories etc one of the things that has worked well for me is writing and article with your url in the resource box and adding it to as many free article directories as you can. Not only does this help in building links to your site by having it added to the article sites, many other blogs and sites may also pick up your article which means your link is spreading further. I use several different traffic exchanges and link referral is pretty good all you have to do is review other peoples site and give your review I like it alot get alot of traffic from them and its free. there are several others similar to link referral if you want more info let me know and I will give you the links send me a private message.

To get free traffic placing right and unique keywords are so important in your blog. Did you join mybloglog.com. If not yet then join this community it a great source of free traffic. Daily you visit other peoples blog and they will visit yours. log on this site for 15-30 minutes daily invite other people to join your community also you join theirs. you will receive 10-20 visitors daily from this site. Join and post at forums that are in your general topic area of your blog. The more you post the more visits you generate. Just make sure you post quality stuff and have something to offer the forums.

First of all, you should promote your blog when ever you can. You could start this by saying "I have this blo http.... How would you..." You could try http://www.linkreferral.com it gives traffic to your site and people even review your blog so you know what is good and what is bad about it.

You can also add your blog to the traffic exchange sites like blogexplosion.com or bogmad.net. These are sites where you surf through their members blogs and for each two blog you visit someone visits your blog. I think it's a very good way to find readers :)
