how do I clean a lampshade?

I was at a garage sale today and found the cutest little lamp, the lampshade has little teddy bears embroidered on it, I want to clean it but have no clue how to do this!
any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

hi! :) wow that's nice = anyway, what i did for my lampshade when cleaning it is that i wrap plastic on the wires and get the bulb first before cleaning it.. i will use a tiny used toothbrush (of course you dont have to used that brush again LOL) in cleaning it bu brushing first all the dust then use wipe out afterwards.. i dont know if this will work on your cute lampshade :) good luck!
