Reality shows on actual addicts

I love the great idea of this show "Intervention" telling the truth about addicts, and how desperately they truly need help. This show has helped my momma who has been sheltered all her life from such lifestyles as addiction,to now be able to understand how tragic addiction can be for those she loves who could not get themselves out of such slavery and bondage. I love "Intervention" because it reminds me that the lifestyle of addiction is not a lifestyle of choice, and that to choose such a living would be a death choice for one who chooses such things.Have you seen the ways "Intervention" shows actual footage of addicts using drug paraphanelia(Needles,Crack-Meth Pipes,etc...) and the drugs(Heroin,Meth,Oxicoten,etc..). As I watch these people as slaves to addiction- I pray to Jesus Christ for them and their families, friends, and anyone who is lost in this distructive cycle of addiction. The prayers of the righteous man is powerful and effective!James 5:16 Amen. If you are a prayer warrior, I want to ask when you watch these reality shows with such hurt and distruction going on...Please pray for their deliverance- just as if this were you or your family-you would want help that would come from God who could truly help.Thanks.
