My favorite is Spring. After being bored with the cold winter weather and moving around through the snow, it's so nice to finally have bright sun and warmer temperatures.
I love watching the drab brown landscape start turning different shades of green and the birds come out in droves to make their nests and look after their little ones.
The first spring rain is beautiful as it washes away all the dust and everything smells so fresh again.
The only thing I don't like about Spring is cleaning up the debris of winter. But at the same time I love to check on all the little plants starting to pop up in the flower beds.
I guess it's the promise of warm weather being here for a while that makes me like Spring the most.

I'm with you on your season, however for different reasons. I love spring and yes I agree it is our promise of warmer weather. The reason I pick spring is because I am asthmatic and summer weather can be hot also the pollen in the air, dust and even just being too hot is bad for me. I absolutely dread winter because I have disabilities and have to be so careful in getting around and I find winter very long as I'm a shut in for the most part of it, or at least till the snow and ice are gone. Spring all year round for me would be fabulous Thank You sasklily.

There's something I enjoy about all of the seasons sasklily. Spring is the promise of new beginnings, and like you said, it' alive with birds, flowers etc. Summer can be a wonderful time (although I don't like humidity), as the days are longer, and it's a great time to enjoy the outdoors, barbeques etc. Fall (which I believe is my favourite) is so colourful with all of the beautiful leaves, and the smell of bonfires in the air (which I love). Winter (up until Christmas) with it's crisp air, and the arrival of the first 'clean, sparkling snow.':)
