It is shocking to see how many Americans are getting more and more sick, getting more dependent on pharmaceutical drugs- ultimately dying faster than ever and are not aware of what the body needs to stay healthy.
What the body needs is MOVEMENT. It really is quite simple: the more you move, the healthier you'll be. By "healthy" I don't just mean physically, I mean mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Studies continue to prove the link of total wellness to exercise and proper nutrition.
Do you know how much money you can save just by exercising? Exercising causes less trips to the doctor and the pharmacy. We are very blinded by our culture. WE thinking sitting for 40+ hours a week drivin, sitting at a desk/computer, eating, drinking coffee or whatever, is ok. But, it's not. Sitting down all the time is why Americans tend to be so wide around the waste. It isn't just sitting down, it is sitting down and not countering it with EXERCISE AND SWEAT- This is the natural way to remain healthy.
I am a personal trainer who absolutely cares about people. I chose not to work for a health club because I have learned that in a health club, people are just numbers and money. My motivation for being a trainer is a genuine care for myself, my family, my friends, my community, my nation and the world. People need to know how to take care of themselves without being dependent on the "health industry"- yes you are being taken advantage of by Pharmaceuticals-This-&-Thats.
Change your life and the lives of those you love by EXERCISING. Find a personal trainer who genuinely cares for people, who can help exercise properly- in the way that makes the most sense for your body type. With all our "technology" people are more sick now than ever. That should be a clear sign that something is wrong. Don't allow the Age of Inactivity to kill you.

a personal trainer huh? Thats cool, do you offer advice on how to lose some weight, like which exercises are good? I just had a baby 7 months ago, and it is about time to get that weight off.
Anyway, back to the subject...I agree Americans are getting very lazy~
