Has anyone developed a lucrative GDI Business...and how did you do it. It seems like a great business opportunity. I belong and use the email function and more but I only have 2 people in my downline and really have not done much to build it. I would love to hear how others have done it successfully.

Hi annkenline. I just started reading about GDI when I saw it in a discussion. I'm sorry to answer your discussion with a question... But you are all taking about downline and I am wondering what that has to do with a web hosting site? How much do you earn from your downline? I do think that paying $10 a month is kind of high when there are many others that offer web hosting for a lot less than that.
I guess I will have to read about this and understand how you can earn from it. Thank you for this discussion annkenline and welcome to mylot.

Your downline are those you refer to GDI who signup under you. Your earn $1.00 per month from them. You should check it out. You get 10 email addresses ( I use them all) email forwarding, you can build a website quickly and much more. It is a very credible company.

To add more, you also earn $100 bonus for 5 paid signups. This is the main reason why people signup with GDI. If you are a beginner and doing well, fine, otherwise you should see this Squidoo lens which will teach beginners how to start earning not only with GDI but also with your People Search Engine combined together. http://squidoo.com/for-beginners-only.

I've been doing GDI for alittle over 2 years and in that time I haven't made much money.. My sponsor has but not me..
I found another way to make money and doing better with it then GDI. I've been doing my other business for 3 months and I've made more money with this program then I did in the 2 years I have been with in GDI. I am making a monthly resdiual now. And each month I get a little more bigger payout.
My sponsor in GDI is good but my sponsor in this new program is better. I have learned alot from him. He cares about his team members. Why because if we don't make money he doesn't make money. If my team members don't make money then I don't make money. So why would you not help your team members? Any paid member that comes into the program will be placed in the team rototor.. To help build their downline as you are doing your part too in helping to build your downline. Plus you need to sell yourself and not the product..
As with any business it takes time to build..Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is a business. If you jump from one program to another program without giving that program a fair shot at it then you won't make money on the internet. You have to work at it and if you are not willing to work at it then you can hang it up before you even start.

I did use my website for GDI.. and had it on different traffic exchanges.. And nothing... The diffence between my GDI sponsor and my sponsor with my other program is that my sponsor with my other program helps me to put people under me to help build my downline. Because if I don't make money then he doesn't make money. And we don't have the greed factor like alot of other marketers.. All they want is to get people under them and push them to the side. And don't really help them at all. As long as they are making money from them thats all they care about..
If you had a program that pays you a 10.00 sign up bonus and then a 4.00 sign up bonus, if your 10.00 sign up get one sign up.Then a resdiual pay of between 1.00-5.00 per person per month.
Or your next sign up would you give one of your downline that 10.00 bonus sign up? And you would make 1.00 for that sign up or put your downline in a rotator with you to help them get signup?
GDI is not a forced Matrix... And GDI doesn't do commission compression.. Where my other program does.
Yes they are two totally different programs and pay plan. But I am doing lot better with my other program then I am with GDI.. I am not knocking GDI but I didn't have the same results with GDI as I do with my other program.

"friends to friends" Wow! A lot of great information. I think it is awesome that you take the time out to help your downline. I'm having problems building my website. I hope that I can get a better ideal of what to do by reading the information that you have posted here. Thanx

That is all so true about any program don't you think. What program are you making money at? Just curious.

Netmoneynews and Friend2friends,
Thanks so much for the great information. GDI is certainly better than many opportunities. Unlike Amway (very popular in India) and SFI, GDI has only one product (Website Package including Domain, Hosting and a SiteBuilder) and that too digital in nature. If you promote this product you are making 10% commissions 5 levels deep. Leveraged and Residual Income.
The only problem a person is facing is how to promote the product or rather to sell the product. Though I'm still new to GDI I have great faith in this programme. These are my thoughts about GDI.
