Will you consider MyLot as one of your Part time Job?

I know that there are people who seek for an income generating sites like MyLot for additional earnings. At first, I was one of them but then I realized, it's not for the money anymore. I found myself enjoying with it. I don't even care if I have earned smaller or bigger than before. I'm much particular for my Reputation Rating. It's the fulfillment and satisfaction I get from other people. I consider the earnings I've made as incentive for all the things I have shared with other people. It's not a part time job for me, it is indeed a site for enjoyment.
Will you consider this site as your part time job? Share your thoughts. Have a nice day everyone!

The question whether I consider mylot as one of my part time job is a good one. My answer would be a big yes. I alloted my spare time in writing articles and responding to articles in mylot. But sometimes when I get very busy, I don't even have the time to open mylot.

Hello,jencai,i will not consider mylot as my part time job as i cannot even earn enough to have a dinner.I just consider it as an interest and a site for meeting new friends and learning new things,it should be an entertainment rather than part time job,people who consider it as a part time job may be disappinted as they find that their earning is not that high.

I get your point my dear and you're right. Most people here get disappointed because they don't receive much earnings but they don't see the other important thing it gives us. You have mentioned most of them here.

It's definitely not a part-time job for me. I already have a part-time job. This is more like a hobby that I enjoy and the added benefit is that I earn a little extra money for it. I also like blogging and even though I earn money from that I also don't consider that to be a part-time job. It's still a hobby which I enjoy because for me, it's a creative outlet and the money is just a nice added bonus.

i agree with you to some extent. when i had joined mylot, i had only dreamed of an additional income that i would be able to generate from this site.
but now its something different. i like posting discussions and responses because its nice to get different views about topics from different people.
and also making friends has been really good. i have made more friends here than i used to have in orkut.
its really amazing. Althoughearning still is important for me. but mylotting is now not just for money.

I do not consider My Lot a part time job. i consider it a very addicting pass time with the added bonus of being paid. I have only been a member a few days and have really enjoyed it so far. Still getting used to how things work but yep its great!!

Honestly I consider mylot as my pocket change. I dont earn much from mylot because I cant login often but I earn enough to make payout and a little more and I am happy with that right now.

I do not consider it as a part-time job, job means a rule to join each day and to get salary at a fix amount and on a fixed day, I consider it as a extra time fun and extra income. You cannot log in each day or it is your francise you log in once in a week or many times a day. Earning we get from mylot is not lot of money for survive except who has huge active referral. So mylot is a place of earning extra money at extra time of idle time.

No, I do not see it as a job. First of all this would be minimum, minimum, minimum wages =) And secound I would never be able to support even a cat on the money I make here. I enjoy beeing here and I have made alot of friends, learned alot of new things and I would not leave even if my earnings decreased.

Not really, i would count it as a place on the net to hang out for a while everyday, while getting paid a little bit!
i thought of this before, if i were to refer at least 10 people, and they were on here responding to 100 posts a day, then i would be earning almost a 2nd jobs worth. right now ive got 9 referrals, and 7out of 9 arent even posting or responding. the other 2 havent even reached 50 yet. and they have been members for 3 months, and 2 months respectivly. so i feel like this is just somewhere to make new friends, and to talk about your questions or problems.

I used to consider myLot as a hobby. Maybe I should consider it a part-time job now. I login to myLot faithfully almost every night and try to post at least 20 responses. While posting responses, I do my very best to post quality responses. However, I do take leave to attend to other personal matters.... exactly as what would happen in a full-time job. Even the pay is monthly and I am paid only if I worked for it. The only difference is that I do not have a fixed rate of income for every hour spent. lol.

Just my opinion, but if ya consider posting on mylot a part-time job, ya got tooo much time on your hands, lol. I enjoy reading some of the posts/discussions, and posting but a part-time job, no.

well its definitely NOT a part time job for me, its really a small amount of money, eating a lot of my time... am just happy and learning from here, making new friends exploring my world... but as a part time job well,,,, i cannot consider this one... happy posting my friend!

Hmm i partially agree with you and partially not i do enjoy here a lot but i am here to earn money 4 a new cell phone as ma parents cant afford to get me one this site rokz i can get response almost on any difficulty i hav and although i have a intension of making some money i am well satisfied with the responce that mylot users give.... Its indeed fun........

Thank you, I wish you a nice weekend. :) Mylot is a pleasant pastime. Most of time I enjoy reading the discussions, responses and comments and rating them + . Mylot is not a part time job. It is a unique discussion form. If I were employable I would have no time for the computer.

well, not really janka...i would rather think of mylot as my piggy. i have 37 dollars after a year, so i don't think it is. lol but a piggy it is...hope to save about a thousand dollars so i can buy a laptop. maybe next year? lol hope so...God bless! :-)

Well, I'm only here for the money. I don't care about the reputation and what people think of me...
I'm glad when I really help someone with my response, but I'm only here for the money.
I don't consider this a part-time job because it pays to little to call it a job.

I do. I am a stay at home mom and I do mylot parttime. I do a few hours in the morning and the rest at night before I retire for the night. i love this site. I learn so much and I love helping others with their questions and I don't care how old it is.

I consider it something to do in my off time. I already have a part time job and that makes me enough. If I happen to make a couple of bucks here, that's cool. It's something I would be doing anyway, so why not, right?
