What's your favorite?Sushi or Sashimi?

I love sushi .I do not eat sashimi as I do not like eating raw seafood. There are many different kinds of sushi. Those without any raw seafood taste yummy,such as the California Maki.

It depends on the mood I am in, but generally, I prefer sushi. Nine times out of ten, I will order a sushi sample plate over a sashimi sample plate. If quality nori is used, and the rice is warm and firm, sushi wins. But there have been times when the nori was thin and flakey, or the rice is moist and pasty, and in those times, I've wished I had ordered the sashimi. Plain tuna sashimi is my favorite.

i love all sushi and sashimi. and the fancy ones too. and a lot of japanese foods as well, like miso soup that can fight the risk of having breats cancer.

I think I prefer sushi over sashimi. While sashimi lets you have the delicious taste of the fish alone, I enjoy all the cute varieties of sushi and the taste of all the different flavors that can be used, all mixed together! Plus I love the taste of nori and rice together, which is why I also love onigiri ^^

I prefer sushi more because I'm a rice junkie :P My favourite sushi is the very simple and down-to-earth egg sushi. Too much sashimi makes me feel sick even though I love gorging myself on it.

sashimi is the best! but i also like other sushi like california maki. but still nothing compares with tuna. i like to prepare it with my wasabi dip(lime, kikkoman soy sauce and wasabi). it is the only thing i eat raw! :)

Technically speaking sashimi is a type of sushi :) The sushi with the little bed of rice is called nigiri. I prefer sashimi myself, especially tuna. I also like maki a lot.

I prefer sushi as well because you get the taste of everything at once but i love the shrimp sashimi the most xP... I just tried this eel tempura roll recently and I liked it because it has some spice to it as well
