I have seen some tatoos that are really nice &catchy. Sometimes, i really feel like having it done. But i was told i won't be able to clean it off without some scar/mark in a case i decided to have it removed in the future. i can only have have another tatoo placed over it, to cover it up. Is that true? And my girlfriend is really crazy about tatoos..
