Hosting parties, rushing to buy last-minute gifts, cooking and bingeing on big holiday meals can sabotage your efforts to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Actually my holidays are a time of relaxation rather than stress, so I spend more time outside and such usually losing like 5~10kg during the summer holidays.

I make it a habit to walk after dinner no matter what. Strength training for 10 mintes a day .
