I tell the permanent solution to your problem is deep breathing fresh air in the morning.Do it in greenry as your nose and body capacity allows and very slowly, relexingly . Take Aelovera juice that is panecea.
Doing these you will find permanent solution to your problem.
To know much about deepbreathing I wrote suggestions under subjects of intrest called -pregnancy and yoga .See them as well. You will get 100% positive results.

What Mommythemaid said are temporary solutions & can only help you sustain the pain only for sometime, they are not permanent solution for your problem which lot of people have. Well not having health insurance is bad & if you want to get rid of Sinus problem then i suggest that if you can first get a health insurance & see if it covers your immediate medical expenses
Visit an E.N.T (Ear, Nose, Throat) specialist at a hospital near you & tell him clearly about your Sinus problem & tell him where all you get pain. He will suggest you get a scan done & depending on the test results will either suggest you to get operated. So see what you can do. Take care of yourself

I'm sorry. Sinus infections are terrible. Have you tried taking a hot washcloth and covering your nose and eyes with it? That can help to loosen some of the mucas up. Or a hot shower, or even just sitting a very steamed up bathroom. I would also try some echinacea tea or even tablets. The hot tea will help reduce the sinus pain and if you have a scratcy throat from the sinus drainage, put a little bit of honey in the hot tea.
Lie down and try to get some rest too. I hope that my suggestions can help you. My medical insurance is so terrible, that it is like not having any at all.
