Six to 8 hours of sleep a day is recommended by many. Accordingly, there is something produced for good health during the time between 1am and 2am and therefore we should sleep 6 to 8 hours a day including that 1am to 2 am and it all depends upon an individual on what time he wants to go to sleep.

I try to sleep latest by 11. 10 is good but anytime after 11 I just have hard time falling sleep. I wake up at 7:30 so I get 8-9 hours of sleep everyday.

The laws for humans to sleep is simple "early to bed and early to rise gives health and wealth".
the best for humans (i dont it may change according to the enviornment of each country)indians is go to sleep 8.00 pm and wake up 4.00am.this will defenitly improve his brain power and health.but now a days it is not easy to put into practical.i go for sleep 10.30 and wake up 6.30 .though i tried to sleep at 9.00 clock lot of light are their in my family which they use which eventually prevent my sleep.
i would say 10.00 -5.30 am can be put into practical by anybody.

Personally, I don't think it matters what time you go to sleep as long as you get the minimum recommended 7 hours of sleep. I try to sleep at 11 PM to wake up at 6 AM but on my free days, sometimes I sleep at dawn and wake up at 4 PM or so.

My bed time is 10pm. That is the time my Master says I need to be in bed by. Occasionally if I am very tired he will send mt to bed earlier. I get up at 6am every morning to get my Master and daughter ready for work and school.
