What scented candle or wax tart flavour are you burning at the moment?

Right now i have my wax tart burner alight and i'm burning a rather yummy mint chocolate tart, which was actually shaped like a very small slab of chocolate! It smells yummy. I was also burning a blueberry scented candle earlier on today.
I love burning scented candles and wax tarts becuase they are a great way of fragrnacing your home without using air fresheners that contain harsh chemicals. Also, you get much more realistic scents and much more choice.

The candle I burned most recently was "birthday cake" scented. I must admit that I am becoming a big fan of the "baking scents" type thing. =)
I think I have pretty eclectic taste when it comes to candle scents. Herby, floral, wood, food... I like a lot of them. The only ones I've found that I really didn't like were the ones that emulated perfumes, because they seemed too strong to me.
I haven't done much with tarts. I've been given burners for them more than once, but I just don't use them much. I'm more of a candle person I guess.

If you like herb/woodsy scents, I would highly reccomend you trying Alternative Breeding. (www.alternativebreeding.com)
He makes the most amazing and complex blends I have ever tried and both his candles and his tarts are fantastic.

The last scented candle that I burnt had a tea and ginger scent. I'm starting to become interested in wax tarts, but you can't buy them in France (as far as I know) so I'm forced to order them overseas. At the moment I'm still trying to use up the huge mountain of incense that I've collected over the past few years so I can't let myself become too interested in wax tarts just yet.

Mint chocolate tart sounds so good by the way- where did you get that one from?
Today I'm in more of a holiday mood, I'm burning an absolutely delicious Chestnut buche de noel tart. My house smells like I've been doing Christmas baking all night!

I'm burning some vanilla granules I got on eBay in a metal tart burner. I'm really disappointed. I can't smell anything. I think I'll throw the bag away. :(

Right now I have a Soyful Joys tart going in a Waffle Cone scent. It's smells REALLY yummy!!
I love tarts too because I tire quickly of the same scent all the time, I love the scent variety that is available with tarts!

I've never gotten the wax tart scented candles, but I do love candles, period. I love those Glade type ones and my favorite is the Apple Cinnamon. I burn a bunch of those and it makes the whole house smell like an apple pie is baking.

I've got a Crimson crush martini tart from Skindazzles in my tart burner right now, and it's really making me crave a real strawberry drink! It's soooo yummy and fruity...

Right now I'm burning a French Vanilla Candle. I LOVE the scent of it.
The one I had before though was a Cinnamon Spiced Apple Candle and oh my god, that was just divine! It smelled good enough to eat and it added a very festive aroma to my home at Christmas too.
I'm a huge fan of Scented candles and aromatherapy oils, but I've never used the tarts before, I think I'll have to check those ones out for sure.

i dont really use scented or waxed candles but if ever i was to buy one, i would choose a candle which would smell like vanilla. i like the smell of vanilla, it seems to have a cooling and calming effect on me.
