Yes I do. Helps in the guideline of my days in the next year. At least I have a goal to aim for.

anytime you can set a resolutions even if its not new year. all you need it mind set up if your doing it or not

I used to make them every year. Never seemed to do much good though. So I stopped making them. That was the only one that I was really able to keep. I just hope for a better year then the one before. That's all I can do really.

The way time has been flying by this year it won't be long until we will once again be thinking about this.
I always try to make little changes throughout the year. I have done so this year and I am happy that I have. My resolutions don't usually come through either.

WELL I DONT..........I FEEL IT HARDLY MATTERS...........THERE IS NO NEED FOR A RESOLUTION AS SUCH.........AND HW MANY PEOPLE ACTUALLY FOLLOW IT ..........I CERTAINLY DONT..........

In the past I did, but found it puts too much pressure on one time of the year. So now I try to set goals at different times of year and and evaluate them at various times. Also it seems strange that people will avoid trying to make changes in their lives because they're waiting until January 1st to make a resolution to do it.
