How do you like your steak?

i like my steak medium nothing wrong with a lil pink in the miiddle

I like my steak medium well. It is not too tough and it is tender enough to cut and eat. It all depends on the cut of meat really. Most of the time I like to order my food well done at restaurants because I am afraid of food poisoning, but for the most part any raw foods I eat are vegetables or sushi. But that is how I like my steak....medium well.

Medium well for me, it is tender enough that I can chew it without injuring my jaw - yet well done enough that it does not say "MOOooooo" when I cut it.

I wouldl ike my steak wel cooked , n soft, cause I too dont like raw steak with blood all over whn u cut it. It simply appears gross to men ruins me appetite. I will never have any raw meat, be it sushi or steak at any time in my life, cause i hate raw food( with due respect to others who love it).

My steak has to always be WELL DONE NO PINK IN THE MIDDLE!!! I cannot & will not eat a steak if its even alittle undercooked...how could i eat a steak that still has blood and pink crap in the middle?? for me its well done or none at all

I'm a medium rare person myself. I hate meat that is well done because it's tough to cook and has all the texture of cardboard lol, not to mention the flavor. When it's medium rare, the flavor is there, it's tender and juicy and it's easy to cut. My sister would freak if she knew I eat my steak that way. I used to have it medium well done, but nowadays I prefer it a little more juicy.

The first time I have steak at a restaurant I always just ask for it "Medium" The second time I eat there I will have it Medium rare or Medium well depending on how it was unless it was perfect at "Medium" (Is that even a proper term? I think it might just fool them into making it somewhere in between which is exactly the point.) Well done is far too tough for me.

I prefer mine medium or medium well-done. I am not a caveman so I don't like meat too raw. :P

I like my steak raw and still attached to the cow. I don't think an animal should die so I may eat. I'll have a salad instead.

The only way I will eat steak is well done. I shudder at the thought of eating anything that is not fully cooked. That is why I don't think I could ever eat sushi.

I like my steak very well done with no pink at all. I hate eating pink meat-yuck. My dad loves meat with some pink, so it wasn't the way I was brought up. Its just my personal preference. I dont eat any meat if it is pink or red, or bloody. I lose my appetite.

First of all, not too raw and not too finely cooked either. It has to be tender and just right. Although I am not too picky about this. In terms of eating, barbeque sauce is the way to go or mild sweet chili sauce will do the job, combined with some salad and possible potatoes. A good combination there with some strong taste.

Needs to be meduim now - I used to love it well done but my husband cooked it for me one afternoon. And it was gorgeous never looked back :)

I like my steak to be medium well. In this way, it would be reasonably well cooked on the outside and slightly pink on the inside, therefore retaining its tenderness. Any thing less cooked would be a little too bloody for me and I don't really like the sight of blood oozing out from my steak. But I think the less cooked options are preferred by the Westerners because then the steaks would be really tender. Well done would mean that my steak would become too tough and lose that tenderness that we associate with steaks. As for cut, Filet mignon is the best. The rest are ok if filet mignon is unavailable. This cut is the best of all to me. Done medium well with a generous helping of mushroom sauce. Yummy!:)

I like my steak to be cooked medium as I think it's more juicy and tender. I don't think I like it cooked that way because of the culture I was brought up in or the way I was brought up as my friends and family members like their steak to be cooked different ways.

I like all my food to be well done, not only meat but also every things. some people like eggs also not well done thinking, and may be true, that this way may be healthy. any way when i eat some thing, i do not think about how those things are healthy by some kind of kooking, rather than, how those things are tasts good.

hmm..badly, in Indonesia there isnt steak

I dun eat steak... But i think it should be well done right? Keke... Dunno much about it...
