I'm doing Weight Watchers (on my own) and I have been on program since February 24th. Tonight I weighed myself, as I do most Saturday nights and found that I lost 16 lbs total!!! I am so excited! What diet tips do you have?

Congrats everyone! I have been calorie counting since last month and lost 12lbs. I use fitday.com to log my foods, I love being able to eat what I want just in moderation AND STILL see the scale go down!

Yes, I have been doing the same program as well since January of this year, and I have lost 20 pounds (about). I don't go to the meetings, but my mom does. I am following the plan with her. I don't go to the meetings because I don't have the extra money to pay the fees. My mom said they recommended a good site at the meeting one time and it is VERY good, you may want to check it out: http://www.dwlz.com and also the Weight Watcher site has some good recipes on it as well, have a nice day. Congratulations on your weight loss! :) Keep up the good work!! I'm on Weight Watchers too. Well more like on and off again. I have a hard time on the weekends. What's your secret?? The only diet tips I know are, drink a lot of water, exercise at least five times a week and take some sort of vitamin. Those are probably well known tips. From your weight loss, it sounds like I should be taking tips from you! Congratulations again!

That is fantastic to hear! I am so happy for you! I am not currently on any program, right now I am just trying to get my thyroid regulated and then see how that goes from there. I have been on the Body For Life plan and although I didn't lose weight per say, I did see a lot of physical changes that astounded me. I lost inches and I saw my body tone up more! So, if anything I would go back to doing that again.

at that rate you'll be a feather by chistmas this year. carefull you aren't effecting your immune system. keep a healthy diet and keep it up girl. they say the first 10 lbs are easy, but you're well on your way past that point, good luck at attaining your comfort zone

This is a huge and exciting accomplishment to achieve on your own! Yay! I work with the programs offered over at http://www.sparkpeople.com because I love that I can post discussions, blog, track every aspect of my program and receive support from thousands of peers each time I log on.

Congratulations on the weight loss. I'm on weight watchers too, I joined two weeks ago and I've lost 6.8 pounds so far... 4.4 the first week and 2.4 this week. I'm going to start walking with my sister so that I can keep having good results.
