Steak

I love my steak Medium Rare. I love a pink center. I don't like any "charcoal" on my steak! I do love the freshly-grilled taste though. I don't have a preference as to the cut of the steak though. Probably New York Strip and Filet Mignon are my favorites but I'm not picky about that. Just thinking about it is making me hungry!

Talking about the subject of steak,I love it when i order i Normally go for Medium as love the juices running through my Rump Steak and also i like the fat on the edge of Rump steak Cooked medium tastes nice and really juicy, juicy enough to make your mouth water or bite your tounge lol..... but when i cook it i can really bring steak to life i throe on my Swartz Steak seasoning on nice and Pepper Corni Delicious anybody Like it medium like me Brings out the Man in you Especially when you Tasting the Blood

If I eat steak it has to be well-done, any pink grosses me out!! I love filet mignon and steak tips...yummy!! With some A=1 sauce it is the best!!

I like my steak to be medium well. Any thing less cooked would be a little too bloody for me and I don't really like the sight of blood oozing out from my steak. Well done would mean that my steak would become too tough and lose that tenderness that we associate with steaks. Filet mignon is the best. The rest are ok if filet mignon is unavailable. This cut is the best of all to me. Done medium well with a generous helping of mushroom sauce. Yummy! :)

My favorite steak is porterhouse. I like it medium to medium well. I use canadian steak seasoning on my steaks.

I eat mine medium rare. I like it still bloody in the middle and lightly cooked on the outside tender and juicy. cooked on the grill is the best for me.
