Can you ever Say I repaid my mother ? Can Mom ever be given too much?

Now that I am a mother I realize how much my mother has sacrificed for us a children. I now see how much I was protected from the storms of life yet had never seem count as a child. My 6 year old is the perfect teacher in these matters. A perfect example would be; I have just finished cooking and she decides she wants jello now and cupcakes or blended fruit so regardless of how tired I am she wants these things and when I do not get them she looks so sad. In my mind what about all the work I was doing didn't she see me on my feet all the time. So I think back and realize I was similar as a child I wanted certain color dress and refuse to wear it if not the correct color and refuse to eat certain foods that my mother would have spent time to prepare. Even now she helps me whenever she can. So can we really give her too much or say she has had enough since this is our time as adults ourselves to show our appreciation. So do you think that you have 'out-given back' to your mom?
