Soak & Float shampoo bar by Lush.
it smells a bit like coal tar, but it's brilliant for an itchy scalp.
also, make sure you are rinsing your shampoo out thoroughly with clean water (ie, freesh water, rather than the water in your bath)
make sure you use a shampoo with lower levels of Sodium Lauryl Sulphate as this is often used in large quantities in shampoos, and in larger quantities it can aggravate or dry out the skin.

I think they are :)

Sadly, you can't yet order from the site apparently, but there are Lush stores at the following locations:
Glorietta 4, Ayala Center, Makati City
Greenbelt 3, Ayala Center, Makati City
The Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Center, Makati City
Shangri-la Plaza Mall, Mandaluying City
I don't know where you exactly live in the Philippines, but perhaps one of the stores is close to you? Or perhaps you know someone who could go to a store for you. Lastly, perhaps you could order from the Australian Lush site

I think you can also order from the Lush UK site (http://www.lush.co.uk), but the shipping wouldn't be cheap I'm afraid.
Hope this helps!

I've experienced that before and someone told me to try another brand of shampoo. For a time it worked then the itching comes again and yes, I don't have flakes. =) Do you have a long or short hair? Is it hot from where you are? 'Cause it's summer in our country so it really is very itchy at times because of too much sun exposure and sweat as well. I can't tell you much because the scratching soon were gone. But just the same, try to put little less of the shampoo you're currently using or switch to another milder one. =)
