whether you have been here in the philippines or just heared/saw it on tv, what do you think is the best "term"?

I would say 'stunning tropical beaches and island hopping opportunities'. I would love to go to the Philippines to see the Chocolate Hills and hop from one palm fringed island to the next one. I would love to go snorkeling in the warm sea and see brightly colored coral and friendly fish. I would like to eat fresh coconut and eat passion fruit. I would like to meet some of my friends that I have met on My Lot that come from the Philippines.

you are right. though philippines is now acing some problems, its still beautiful and wonderful. i hope you can visit here sometime.

I have never been there. But I've heard that it is a poor country. But really pretty & that the women are pretty too. I have also heard that most people there are extremely friendly & nice. How true is that?

yep it is a third world country. but it is a nice place top have vacation. the beaches are great here. you come and visit it sometime.
