What you dont like about myLot?

For the most part I think that MyLot is a great site, but a couple of things to tend to annoy me every now and then. 1. There's a limit on the number of pictures that you can upload per day which depends on the number of points you have 2. You can't go back and edit or delete posts that you have started or have responded too which can sometimes cause some problems. 3. Every once in a while the site will glitch and you will end up not being able to start discussions or respond to them, but it really will go through and you end up posting the same thing 2+ times (which always will get you a negative rating from other users).

the crowded maybe. cos it effect this site from loading. i have wait so long to open this site. that's hate me, my internet not really fast n i'm limited user with limited bandwith so i kind of hate the doubler posting here. well i like when the posting is deleted but then kind of sad when my respond is there. BUT it doesn't matter if the site is faster ... :D

The fact that u can not edit your discussions or responses. I have sent some by mistake and it is not fun when u have misspelled something. Once i had to contact mylot admin and have them remove a discussion coz the spelling thing just changed the whole discussion. All in all I am liking mylot. it is fun and we meet people from all over the world. U and me are atleast neighbours =) We also get paid, even if it is not alot =)

I don't like the change of money when it is at the end of the month. Last month, I got $1.49, but it is suddenly down to 1.04, I lost 0.45 at once. I am afraid that if I get $10 at the end of the month, it suddenly decrease some, then I can't reach the minimum payout. I have joined in mylot for 3 weeks, I hope I can get my money in this month. Although members here said they got money from the site, but I should really get some money when I increase my referrals. Then I feel very confident when I introduce some people here. Do you have any referrals here? I have no one here.

Yeah Im with everyone with the no edit function. Also I hate that there are no smileys, cos I always forget and everytime I do a :) it just looks stupid lol.

Having no edit functionality is point 1 for me. The second is the language filter, you can't use certain words which in my opinion isn't truly right, weather it is swearing or not mainly depends on the context it's used in after all. It'd be better if the mature content option would disable/enable seeing posts with those kind of words or block them out.

I wish I can say that I don't have anything to say against mylot. In my four months tenure, things around here are getting more bizarre lately. I have a lot of friends complaining about losing their points. I also lost some points a while ago. I had actually stopped checking how many posts I made in a day or how much points I lost. Mylot seems to be making a complete cleaning service by deleting a lot of discussions. My earnings will either go up and down too. I had PM mylot about this months ago and until now, they haven't reply back yet. I can't see the sense of addressing our concerns to mylot. Nobody deigned our problems as important to give us a clear explanation of what's going on. I do hope mylot will provide us with answers to all the problems going on here.

Hi veldort. Welcome to MyLot. I've been a member here for just over 3 months now and the only complaint I have is that MyLot can be very addictive. Sometimes you can get so interested in replying to other members discussions that you can completely lose track of time. :D I'm sure you will hear that MyLot doesn't pay much per discussion but if you're an active member that's here for more than just the money, I'm sure you'll find it as rewarding as some of us do. I really like mylot. It's the first site that has really paid me. Though there are some things that I wish they would change. First of all, a lot of users have been complaining of their points being deducted and their earnings decreasing and they don't get a response from anyone at Mylot. I just wish they would have the courtesy to tell you why your posts are being deleted, or why they decided to deduct your earnings.

For the most part, I enjoy the site. I dislike a few things about it, but maybe this thread can also serve as a list of suggestions for the administrators... hmmmm... Anyway, I dislike the lack of an edit function and I would say the overall slow income. On the side, I'm not too crazy about the layout style/interface and the inability to use html tags/customization in profiles.

I think it should be easier to find the topics you are looking for because i dont think the searching works smooth.
