bad fathers

my sister has a two year old and her father yells and swears at her when she does something wrong my sister has a go at him for it but he just keeps doing it they fight in front of her when he has his other two older children there 6,9 he is even worse swears and carries on he is such a bad dad my sis keeps sayin she goin to leave but never does i thought about calling welfare on them cause its just wrong would i be a b%*$ch if i did this to my sister im just worried about her daughter

He should be told to stop by his partner - or the kids will pick it up and then take it with them...
As they will think it is normal... to be like that and it isn't :(

you won't be a b%*$ch but it is not the most loving to go and complain about it and welfare workers wil not beable to act on a father that swears.If you are the older you can talk to her as much as possible about her finding a new way to live without him and how to do to live on her own.if you the younger sister you might just beable to visit her as uch as often when he is around that,she will beable to see how much trouble her husband is and claim her rights to divorce or get seperated from him.this wil not be easy for her husband to understand that he is not doing right with his children.
