Have you ever forgotten a topic for discussion here on myLot?

There has been a dozen times or so where I have been doing something else, or when I am drving home something will cross my mind and by the time I get to the computer and myLot I can not remember for the life of me what I wanted to talk about. Now you have to take into consideration that I am so forgetfull most of the time that I even have a couple of posted notes to water my plants. If I need to bring something particular to work with me (like for a party or something) I have to post notes all over my apartment. If I don't I won't remember until I am already half way to work. LOL I can't wait to see how my memory is in my 60's and 70's if I am having this much trouble at 32. Has this ever happened to anyone else or am I the only absent minded one? I have started carrying a little notebook with me to make some notes so that I can use them when I get to the computer. Does anyone else do this? What other ways are their to "remember these things?

Now see it was the other topic that led me to this similar but slightly different topic. Or was it the other way around. You see what I mean. LOL I will have to go read your response on that one, hopefully it might help. :) mahmah

This happens to me all the time. In fact today I was sitting here trying to start a discussion to ask a question and I forgot it right after I typed the title for my discussion. I'm only 21 so don't feel too bad about forgetting. I think that having a little piece of paper and a pen around to jot down notes is the best way to keep track of discussions that you want to start here on MyLot.

I don't really feel bad about it either. I was just kind of wondering if I was alone here. My memory was so much better at 21. As a matter of fact I wish I could go back to 21. LOL mahmah
