superstition is good or bad. hehe. i am not superstition .i don't believe in superstition, but i believe in myself.
however, many people believe in superstition in society.for example, if they have bad luck, they will think something wrong in the house position, ancestor position something like that.and then they will do something for turning to good luck.
are you superstition? what do you think of the superstition? support or oppose to it?thank you very much.

It's difficult to say whether superstition is good or bad.Because we Chinese people,I mean the majority Chinese people have no religious belief. So that talking about this discussion is hard because for the other countries, different cultures have different definition to superstition.Actually,we Chinese people have traditional belief related to superstition, but sometimes we don't think some of our behaviors are related to superstition.Indeed,Chinese people have many spiritual Idols in their life. But now most of them become a part of our traditional culture. That's hard to distinguish superstition and our traditional culture.

It's a sword of two sides,i think.Sometimes, believe in superstition can relieve you from pains and nervous situation when you undergo some unexpected bad luck. But sometimes, believe in superstition will push you into the cliff from peak.
I'm not a superstition,and i don't believe in it either.

I don't like to be superstitious and I don't believe in superstitions but somehow it's very difficult to remove what was implanted in my mind from the superstitious beliefs of our ancestors and the society we live in in general. Somehow I think of the superstitious beliefs I heard if I see or experience bad things. But actually I don't believe in superstitions.

I don't believe in superstitions too. I think people just invented these superstition from a long time ago just because they are afraid of their lives. What is wrong with the number 13 and on friday the 13th or any black cat crossing on the street nothing only that people fear to die that is why superstition is there to justify it. If it is really your time to die then you will die whether it is not on friday the 13th or any black cat has cross while you are walking.

I don't believe in superstitions...for one reason if I were, I would drive myself crazy trying to not break any rules and keep up with all the superstitions, there are so many. Those would easily drive a person insane. Plus if I believed, then I'd have to give up my black cat {no way}.

Superstition is an old way of giving reason in something that human brain cannot comprehend in that particular time. But now we are living in a world of technology and almost every nature's miracle becomes more and more enlighten by our advance study and devices. So its barely a history to believe in superstition.

I am superstitious.I do believe in good and bad luck. But it isn't so bad that I don't do what I want.I don't know if you can change your luck, but you should try.

I am not much on superstitions but I do know of people who live their life by it. It is hard to live your life like that I think. I mean how can you live a productive life if you are always worried about walking under ladders, black cats crossing your path, a mirror breaking and and causing you bad luck, your umbrella breaking and causing you bad luck. I couldn't live like that!

Am cool on that lovely topic, you have a point there to stress and you have done so.Kudos to you fine elbow!Yes, some live on that because of the type of enviro they inhabit and that they cannot leave their believe except they abandon such area.
While some have that believe because they have not heard about christainity and some worthy things to sare their believe away!
