Hi carryli my friend is christian he never force or never told me to by a bible or to do something. But some people will be there in all relegions who force others to know about there religion and possible to join.I think your friend whom you meet is belongs to this category only. And i don't think there is a wrong in knowing others religion matters. But forcing them to do if they are not onterested is wrong.

I dont care what my friends believe as long as they dont try to make me believe same thing. I respect their believe and I think my friends should respect mine. Same goes to everything. Example I smoke, but I still have friends who don't smoke, but if one friend told me all the time that I should quit and tell how dangerous smoking is and how he's way of living is best, I think I wouldn't see that friend so often.

I have a couple of friends being christians, some muslim, some jews, some hindi. Basically all religions and such get covered, but they all have one thing in common, they respect me being an atheist and don't tell me to go read the bible or whatever. If someone does that to me it's quick enough that I lose interest in talking to them.
