Anger Management

If there is a person in this world who does not get angry ever, I would love to meet that person. Whether we like it or not, anger is part of our human nature and the difference is how do we manage, overcome or control our anger.
Different people have different ways of managing their anger. There was even a funny movie titled Anger Management (http://www.linkbucks.com/link/fd3d10b5) that looks at the funny side of managing your anger.

When I get really really angry, then I go simply calm. I don't do it conciously, it simply happens. I don't shout, scream or anything. I simply go quiet and suddenly all the anger is gone. I shout or scream when I am little angry. I think it is better simply wait a minute or count to ten before reacting.

Managing anger is difficult but not impossible.It completely depends one's behaviour and nature.
Some can control there minds by thinking about there loved ones or any funny incident.
some control there anger by trying to divert themselfes from present situation by thinking about some thing else.
some count numbers whic won't work as per me as i tried it.

I practice the art of patience. Like today the house this morning was so chaotic lol it would make any one frazzled. If I see I get heated up I will just shut myself off and go and drink a glass of water, sit down to let the heat go down in the body. Do some deep breathing and then everything just goes, the stress and tension lol. I have learned to control and disperse negative crap quite easily now. I don't fight anger with anger either, I just bypass it..In Tai Ji there is a saying "visualize beyond your opponent" I use this saying in any stage of panic or fear, like when I am flying lol.

I have learned that when I get angry its just best to walk away from the situation. I will take a long walk or even go for a long drive. If it is something that needs to be dealt with right away I will take the time to deal with it but try to get away as soon as possible.

I'm looking now at your post and I realized that I really don't know how to respond to you. Everybody has it way to get things done good without beeing angry with someone or something.
Angry is just another emotion that is given to us.
We can control it or not it depends to us

I'm usually a very calm person. When I get angry, either someone was REALLY stupid to me or I'm on my PMT.:D
But seriously, angry people are annoying actually. Guys like Axl Rose used to be, for exemple, are completely annoying.
I don't really know what could calm down these guys, but I guess a massage and a date would help.;)
