This is up to a woman individually. Some women love to get marry and have children; some women want to continue their career; some women want commiments from their partners. So what women really want in a relationship, you have to ask her.

They want to feel protected, that someone is taken care of them, besides respect, companionship and emotions. Maybe all of this is called love.
