I don't think even one drink is good for your unborn child. Everything you take in your baby takes in. I think a pregnant woman can wait the nine months before she has a drink. It's better for the unborn child.

No way should a woman drink while she is pregnant as it can be harmful to the baby's development. In fact it is recommended that if you are planning to start a family, then the woman should cease drinking before that time. :)

I dont think that it will affect the baby, because else a lot of babys should be ill. But not drink every week or every day, just on a birthday. And only one glas.

It is not proven either that it is harmful if you occasionally drink a glass.

Not sure about that. I don't think it has been proven how much it would take to effect the bayby so I would just refrain from drinking while pregnant.

I don't think it is right for a pregnant woman to drink occassionally. She must think of the baby she's carrying inside. No bad vices should be intake during the nine months period. If ouy are ready to be a mother, i think, you wouldn't think to do any harm to your coming baby. You must be thinking all the best for your baby right now.

During pregnancy you are responsible for another life also beside yours. So you should not do anything taht may harm the life within you.

She should not do it... as she is responsible for her life as well as a new life that is yet to see the world outside...

I didn't drink at all while pregnant, but I don't begrudge a woman the right to have an occasional drink, if she wants to, since it's regular drinking that tends to cause birth defects. I just didn't enjoy drinking enough to take any risk at all.

absolutly not, there is nothing saying how much or how littlwe it takes to harm an un born child, Just think for one in your life its not all about you.

I think there is a chance of hurting the baby if she has a drink while pregnant or nursing.

That's true. A woman should be able to go 9 months without drinking to assure that she will have a healthy baby.

I think it is not ok. I think that you should put the life of your unborn baby first befor yourself. I know some people say that one drink here and there won't hurt, but you never can be sure, and that is a chance I certianly do not want to take.
