In your office or place of business to you have the saying the boss is always right.? Are there times when you find you must bite your tongue so as not to say something bad?
I know sometimes I must..I even pinch myself..so I dont say something wrong..I know that sometimes bosses can be wrong..you just can't tell them!:)

I can agree..they do make wrong decisions..sometimes..don't they..but it's not our problem...We simply do what we are told;))+

When I was employed I would see first what type of boss I had. No boss likes it if we told them they're wrong, but I found that some bosses can be fairer than others. This means there are bosses who would not point out our mistakes in front of others if we didn't point out their mistakes in front of other bosses, so with these people it's only fair for me to keep my mouth shut.
But to bosses who only knew how to blame others, I would definitely point out their mistakes to anyone who asked me. There is competition in employment as much as in business, there is always someone who wants to be the next boss. The more people dislike the current boss, he or she has very little chance to stay, unless of course this boss is the owner or related to the owner of the company.
