In order to communicate with the foreign buyers well, I think the most important are key words. It is not easy to learn the foreign language, but you can get away from it by talking the key words. If you want to sell something, you should know the name of the item you are selling. Then the price; colour; size; weight; material and so on. If you can privde all these information, your customer will get confident to purchase the goods from you as they already know what they want.

I think the better way is to know your customer better. first you should know some customs of his country and try to find topic of your talking which can arouse the custom's interest. Second you should also try to make yourself more informative and let people fall in interest in your talking. the third is try to make yourself a nice person to talk to, be polite, considerate, honest, and friendly.

Try to find some information about his country, traditions, mentality. Try to have some information about the person too. This will help you to archieve more friendly atmosphere and will make the contacts easier.
Be honest. Dont cheat. This is a traditional rule.
