public toilets....

have you tried using public urinals/toilets? have you been comfortable with it? you know as much as possible i avoid using public toilets because of the smell that i can't tolerate, and most of the bowl are really dirty. well im not saying that all public toilets are dirty, its just that most of them since many people use them.

is better to learn how to hold your breath while using these toilet, becuase holding your bladder may predispose you to urinary infection.

Ah, I know that feeling when your bladder seems almost bursting and the only available toilet is a public toilet that is cleaned only once a year or never. Ewww! I hate that. But int he philippines before I remember going to Jolibees or Macdonalds to use their toilets. Sometimes I'm lucky but sometimes not. Well, I'm glad here in Thailand most public toilets look nice and clean.
