is there any chocolate that can fatten me up in a short while?

im searching for any types of food that can fatten me up in a short while. i need some flesh. my BMI is not healthy. even though a lot of girl friends said thay rather dont eat to get my figure, but me myself not very happy bout it. help me here.

I don't think chocolates would have that effect. What you should really do is to eat lots of food with carbohydrates and red meat... The most important thing is try to eat healthy to have healthy BMI. Refer to the healthy food pyramid for reference. It's better to eat healthily than just concentrate on a particular food group. hi there. thank you for your response. red meat such as? i eat almost everything except non-halal (as im a muslim). fish, chicken, beef. i eat all types of chocs, ice-creams, pizzas, etc. i dont really eat junk food because i know its not good for health. i made it all in the food pyramid as my mum is a nutritions. and well, again, thank you!

Red meat such as beef and mutton since you're a Muslim..... Try to have second helpings when you eat... and also, have supper..... This will definitely make me bloat in a few weeks...hahaha :D Take care!!

Ever thought of purchasing some weight gainer. It is like a protein shake but the fat content is high as well as the protein content. You will be gaining muscle and safe weight to add some mass to your body. My friend took it while he started slowly working into weights. So while you gain you are actually developing the weight gain into muscle. Much more attractive and healthier for your physique. Just checkout your local health store, or check it out online. It is just called weight gainer.

hi there! cute lil baby u have. anyway, thanks for your suggestion. but i alredy taken appeton weight gain for 5 months. nothing change. but i did get the healthier feeling though. but it didnt added my weight, not even a kilogram, and it didnt fatten me up also.. =( im sad...

Count yourself lucky. Everyone wants to be slim and spend so much money and effort just to have that model figure. Why would you want to change? If you really want to fatten a bit then you have to drink milk shake after every meal and do some exercise to built muscle. Good luck

hi there! i would like to fatten up a bit because i dont feel comfortable with my figure. even worst is the time when i fell sick. yes, its true they all want to have this kind of figure, but ironically these people too who said i'm skinny like this, like that, even the tiger wont eat me, that sort of saying. duh, they jealous of me? but what for? they have that flesh, be grateful than, right? about your suggestion, im the queen of milk. i drink milk every morning, everyday.. it doesn't work. it caused my skin break out even more. is it true milk can caused acne? milk chocolate? we'l discuss about this in other discussion, yea?
