whats the best diet for you?

i have heard of different kinds of diets. there is this south beach diet, after 6, mediterenian diet, etc...
what do you prefere? and how does it work?

The best diet for me would be the protein rich diet. You eat more protein foods than carbohydrates like for the morning I eat fried egg, a bread & cheese, milk and meat. It always contains more protein than other vitamis & minerals.

First, I want to tell you that a diet doensn't mean that when you get the weight you wanted you should stop it. You need to start a diet in a way you will be able to continue it till the end of your life.
My diet is easy and I don't have it to loose weight. It is to keep my weight. I eat cereals with milk for breakfast with an apple. Then I eat meat or fish with salat for dinner and a kind of vegetable soup for dinner.
The only thing is to try not to eat sweet things very often. I do it once or twice a week and not to eat bread.
It is my easy diet. I feel good with it. I wish everybody to find something that will make him/her feel good.
