Honestly, I sleep very well like a log..... My friend have an insomnia, she tried using lavender shower, lavender candles and lotion etc anything with lavender. Unfortunately... does not works for her. Thus, she turn to acupuncture..... interesting is ... after concurrently 2 treatment... she sleeps pretty well at least 6 hours in a roll.
